Request Account Deletion

You can submit a request to delete your NextGame account directly in Account Center. Review the warnings shown in the process before confirming.

How to submit a request

1. Open the account-deletion page and sign in if prompted.
2. Verify your phone number as instructed by Account Center.
3. Review the consequences and submit the request if you wish to continue.

What to know

Deletion may end access to your account, linked games, characters, items, and account balance or entitlements. These may not be recoverable. Some transaction records, security logs, or information required by law may need to be retained for as long as necessary.

If you cannot sign in or verify your phone number, contact the Support Center for help verifying account ownership.
