NEXTGAME STUDIO
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This policy explains how NextGame Studio processes personal data when you visit the NextGame website, use Account Center, sign in to an integrated game, make a transaction, or contact support. It applies to data controlled by NextGame. Data held in a game’s own player profile or game server may be processed by that game’s operator under its own policy.
1. Data we may process
- Account information: username, account identifier, and the email address or phone number you provide, including its verification status.
- Sign-in and game-linking data: authentication history, games you link to or sign in to, the minimum information shared through SSO, and account-security choices.
- Transaction data: order reference, amount, payment status, NextCoin balance or movement, and details needed to reconcile or deliver an entitlement.
- Technical and security data: IP address, access time, browser/device type, error logs, and security events needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and investigate incidents.
- Support information: details you submit when requesting help, making a complaint, or exercising a data right.
2. Sources and purposes
We receive data from information you provide, your use of the service, your device or browser, and—when needed for a flow you request—from a payment provider or an integrated game.
- Create, maintain, and secure accounts; verify contact details; and provide SSO authentication.
- Record transactions, reconcile payments, and deliver or adjust related entitlements.
- Handle support, complaints, account-deletion requests, and requests to exercise data rights.
- Detect fraud, protect systems, resolve errors, and meet legal obligations.
NextGame processes data for purposes compatible with the service and on a lawful basis available under applicable law. Where consent is required, we will request it in an appropriate manner.
3. Sharing
Data may be shared as necessary with: the game you choose to link to or sign in to; providers of infrastructure, hosting, security, email, or messaging services; payment providers involved in a transaction; and competent authorities when required by law. Providers receive data to perform assigned services and are not automatically entitled to use it for their own purposes.
A game may independently manage player profiles, characters, items, game content, and in-game security. NextGame authentication does not mean that NextGame controls all data processed by the game server.
4. Retention, security, and processing outside Vietnam
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, protect security, reconcile transactions, resolve complaints or disputes, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the data type and applicable requirements. When data is no longer needed, it will be deleted, anonymised, or restricted where permitted by law.
NextGame uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to reduce unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If a provider or processing activity involves a transfer of data outside Vietnam, NextGame will complete required procedures and provide notices under applicable law.
5. Your rights and how to contact us
You may exercise rights available to you under applicable data-protection law, including requesting access, correction, withdrawal of consent where applicable, restriction or deletion, or objecting to processing where such a right applies. Some data may need to be retained where there is a legal basis or a need to protect legitimate rights.
Submit a request through the Support Center. Include the account concerned, what you are requesting, and a way to contact you. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not include your password, OTP, access token, or sign-in credentials.
You can submit an account-deletion request in the Account Center. Deleting an account may end access to linked games, and does not necessarily require immediate deletion of data that must be retained by law.
6. Children and game content
Users must follow the age requirements and rules that apply to each game. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided data inappropriately may contact support so NextGame can review the request under applicable law.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the service or applicable rules change. The version published here is the current version; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
For questions or complaints about personal data, use the official support channel.
