Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit the NextGame website, create or use a NextGame account, use linked sign-in, make a payment, or use a service operated by NextGame Studio. Individual games may have additional terms and rules that apply to in-game activity.

1. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information, update your contact details when they change, and use only an account you are authorised to access.
• Protect your password, devices, and verification codes. Do not share OTPs, access tokens, or sign-in credentials.
• Contact the Support Center promptly if you suspect account compromise or see a transaction you did not make.

You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law. NextGame may request additional verification to protect an account or handle a sensitive request.

2. Age requirements and game rules

Before playing, review the age rating, guidance, and rules for each game. Do not use a service if you do not meet its age requirements or other applicable conditions. Parents and guardians should guide children’s use of the service.

You must not intrude into systems, exploit errors for gain, manipulate transactions, distribute malware, harass others, or use the service unlawfully. A game may set additional prohibited-conduct rules.

3. Linked sign-in and game services

NextGame Account Center authenticates your account and, when you choose to sign in, sends the minimum information permitted by the authorisation you granted to that game. Account Center does not create your character or control all progress, items, or enforcement decisions on a game server.

A game operated by another entity may have separate terms, a separate privacy policy, and its own support process. Contact that game’s operator about issues that occur only in the game.

4. Transactions, NextCoin, and digital content

The price, payment method, amount of NextCoin or other entitlement, and transaction conditions will be shown before you confirm an order. A transaction is recorded as complete only after the system receives a valid confirmation from the relevant payment provider or distribution platform.

NextCoin and digital items are usage entitlements within the stated services; they are not deposits, cash, or an independent means of payment. Do not sell, transfer, or obtain them through an exploit. In-game entitlements may also be subject to that game’s rules.

If an order is pending, do not immediately pay again for the same order. If you were charged but did not receive the entitlement, contact the Support Center with the order reference, amount, and time. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law, transaction status, entitlements delivered or used, and the payment provider’s process. See the Payments and Refunds Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The website, brand, software, and content supplied by NextGame or its licensors are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use them only as permitted by the service; copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting them requires appropriate rights.

6. Suspension and service changes

NextGame may maintain, update, or temporarily restrict a service to protect security, resolve incidents, or comply with law. If we identify suspected fraud, intrusion, or a breach of these terms, we may take measures appropriate to the circumstances and applicable rules. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and how to ask for a review through Support.

7. Complaints and disputes

Send feedback or a complaint through the Support Center, describing what happened and providing relevant details. For a payment issue, include the order reference, time, and amount to help reconciliation. Never send a password, OTP, or access token.

NextGame will receive and handle requests under its internal process and any timelines required by applicable law. The parties may first seek to resolve the matter through discussion. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer’s right to complain or bring a claim under applicable law.

8. Governing law and updates

These terms are interpreted and applied consistently with the laws of Vietnam and mandatory consumer-protection rules. We may update them when the service or applicable rules change; the latest version will be published here.
